From the moment they arrived until they left, they were courteous and respectful in my house and towards the 2 kids (Nigel was at work). They are all obviously experts in their field and were very complimentary to yourself as well. Could you please pass on my thanks to them again. Further to this, I wanted to thank you for being a pleasure to deal with. I was apprehensive when I submitted the online quote, having had a difficult experience with a competitor. I need not have worried following your prompt call 30 minutes after my form was submitted, to you coming to our house and providing your expert advice. Thank you, it has been noted and appreciated. Nigel & I both work in the customer service industry and we appreciate people who are committed to customer service excellence. On a slightly different note, I think I have made a mistake in not getting a new fa outlet for Amelia's room. I think we would benefit from having the outlet where we can move the individual flaps down. I will ring you in the morning on Friday to discuss further. The manner in which you presented the costing and running through the benefits of the ducted reverse cycle air conditioning was extremely professional! We didn't run and compare you with other companies as we knew the budget we had to work within and because of your genuine and helpful manner this stopped the bartering between others..
Upon the installation we had trouble on where to locate the base unit as you know (and as the costing was worked around the location of this), we were more than relieved to find that this change did not cost us any further dollars and we were still able to come in on the quoted price!
