Hi Matt, just a quick email to let you know that the installation of our ducted air conditioning went ahead really successfully today and both Greg and I are very happy with the result! All the guys involved with the installation were very hard working and we were so impressed with their speed, efficiency and willingness to answer lots of my questions! We couldn’t believe there had been so many blokes working here so busily and no mess at all to clean up when they left! Also, we were particularly amazed that such a lot was achieved in such a short time, which speaks volumes for your group’s teamwork and expertise. Please pass on our appreciation to all the teams, especially the four guys who installed all the ducting and units, Alex the electrician and his assistant and Adam the refrigerator mechanic and his assistants Jason and Jimmy (may not be his correct name!).
We’re so pleased we went ahead and had the Daikin system installed and thank you very much for your advice, design and recommendation on that score too.
