I have been meaning to contact you since the completion of the installation to say thank you. Over the years we have had dealings with many different workmen, trades, and businesses for a range of maintenance reasons. We have experienced the worst, the average, and very rarely the best of service and professionalism. Despite the extremely minor ‘teething’ issues during installation, Climat would have to rank as one of the best and most professional services that we have engaged in my 10 years here at the Co-op. All the Tenants have had only good things to say about your installation team and commented how quickly and smoothly they conducted the installation. Not to mention the install team were described as ‘polite, friendly, tidy, and efficient’. Any minor issues that were encountered were quickly and efficiently resolved with the minimum of fuss. Sometimes in this modern world we go to great pains to complain about things, but rarely compliment when it is deserved, so once again to yourself and your team thank you!
I will be sure to recommend your services to anyone requiring air-conditioning without reservation!
