I already told you that a big factor in choosing Climat was the professional service provided by yourself. You will be happy to know that that professionalism does not end when you pass the baton to the next team.
The team that came to my property where a well-rehearsed and well-oiled machine. From delivery of the system, Installation, electricians, refrigeration and removal of old equipment.
Each person above came to me and explained what role they would be taking and made a point of debriefing me before they left the job and taking the time to answer any questions that I may have.
I think the lads should be commended. Don’t know the names but:
– Installation talk me through the whole process and spend extra care with the placement of the ceiling vents making sure that they covered any evidence of the old vents.
– Refrigeration was the last to leave but walked me through the control panel one more time and really took the time to make sure that all my questions had been answered and I had no concerns.
– Electrician went above and beyond! He had a few concerns with the state of the wiring in the old air con circuit breaker so he took the time to take a good look at the rest of the wiring in the whole sub board ensuring that my family were not at risk.
I haven’t really had a chance to crank up the system yet but all seems good. I have already recommended you to my neighbour and will continue to recommend Climat to friends and colleagues
