We recently had Climat Air quote on and install ducted air conditioning. I/we would like to give you some customer feedback. My mother and I had several companies come and advise and quote for us. Needless to say everyone had different ideas and by the end of it I was so confused I was going to forget about the whole thing. Enter your representative Scott, he was so kind and patient. He was only too happy to explain everything in laymans terms to us. And was more than willing to answer all the questions we threw at him, some of the answers required more questions. This did not phase him at all he just kept on explaining it all to us. He then had questions of his own to work out and to take into account the dynamics of our household which are definitely not the norm. Scott’s consideration for our situation and his intensity to make sure we would be happy with the final result stole the show from
everybody else.
