Further to this, I wanted to thank you for being a pleasure to deal with. I was apprehensive when I submitted the online quote, having had a difficult experience with a competitor. I need not have worried following your prompt call 30 minutes after my form was submitted, to you coming to our house and providing your expert advice. Thank you, it has been noted and appreciated.
