The manner in which you presented the costing and running through the benefits of the ducted reverse cycle air conditioning was extremely professional! We didn’t run and compare you with other companies as we knew the budget we had to work within and because of your genuine and helpful manner this stopped the bartering between others..
Upon the installation we had trouble on where to locate the base unit as you know (and as the costing was worked around the location of this), we were more than relieved to find that this change did not cost us any further dollars and we were still able to come in on the quoted price!
