Our engineering and design staff have a combination of experience in consulting, contracting and designing energy efficient systems. This enables Climat to provide solutions that are not only innovative or energy efficient but also practical and cost effective. This balance of capability puts us in an ideal position to provide optimal advice and system design for a wide range of customer requirements. For this reason we undertake and take responsibility for the design in around half of all of our projects.

Centennial Park Energy Review
Advised the University of South Australia on energy efficient air conditioning technologies for the replacement program being undertaken by Centennial Park with expected savings of between 20 and 40%.

Clayton Church Homes, Prospect and Elizabeth
Mechanical services consultant as part of a $425k design construct air conditioning and ventilation contract. Worked with the architectural, structural and other services consultants to achieve a cost effective and well co-ordinated design that matched customer requirements.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY CONSULTING
Lochiel Park, Campbelltown
Consulted with the Land Management Corporation, ETSA and University of South Australia (Sustainable Energy Centre) to assist in creating practical project guidelines that will save 40% in energy use and peak load associated with air conditioning of super efficient residential housing.
