Design and construct packaged air conditioning unit serving exposed ducting. Design accounted for very high heat load, fresh air, minimal plant area and no ceiling space.

Design construct removal of existing plant, make good (walls, roof, floors, painting) and new air conditioning to 6 classrooms. Quoted, supplied and managed all disciplines required to undertake the works including, electrical, gas fitting, mechanical, roofing, gyprock and painting trades.
