Our operational philosophy is to identify design issues & resolve Around a third of Climat Commercial’s work is refitting existing commercial building projects of a tender or design/construct nature.
Projects have included $50k retail fit outs, $200k hotel refurbishments and $700k 9 storey general purpose buildings.
These types of projects generally have very short lead times, present unique often unforeseeable challenges and require exceptional customer service skills.
We have learned to tackle these projects by assembling an experienced team highly capable through design, project management and site works that can react to challenges quickly whilst maintaining project timing and cost targets.
PRECISE PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND

North Terrace House, Kent Town
Design construct head contract $850k, demolition, electrical services upgrade, plant platform, new VRV air conditioning system to 9 storey general purpose building. Very precise project management and excellent customer skill requirements with each level being owned independently and works being undertaken whilst building still occupied.
FASHION STORE COMPLETED 6 WEEKS
Esprit, Rundle Mall
Design construct contract $130k ducted air conditioning to 30m continuous linear slot grilles providing sharp interior lines and modern aesthetics to match fashion decor. Contract duration from purchase order to completion of commissioning was 6 weeks.
DESIGN ISSUES RESOLVED QUICKLY
29 King William St, CBD
Tender $325K, Ducted air conditioning and ventilation to existing 7 storey office building in CBD. Assisted the project team resolve a number of design issues caused by existing building constraints enabling the project to meet timing targets.
